The symptoms of Meniere's disease (vertigo, feeling of fullness or pressure in the ear and hearing loss) can be controlled with dietary changes.
A low salt diet can help in reducing fluid retention. Being on the low salt diet means choosing foods which are low in sodium (sodium content not exceeding 120 milligrams per 100 grams)
The Meniere's Resource Centre has a range of resources that may help you in your quest to lead a low salt diet.
